First of all, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the jewelry pieces I bought; they appeared to be cheaply made and lacked the level of attention to detail I had anticipated in person. In addition, the stones in one of the rings I ordered were loose and fell out after only a few wears, leaving me disappointed and out of pocket. Although I ordered my normal size, the apparel and shoe selections weren't any better; several of the items I got were poorly made and ill-fitting; I was especially upset with a pair of shoes that broke apart. after only one use, they fall apart. It got worse when I tried to contact customer service to voice my concerns and received unhelpful and condescending comments, as if they didn't care about the quality of the product. of their goods or the contentment of their clients.. Overall, even though Kobelli's rates may appear alluring, I would advise anyone considering shopping there to think twice because of the subpar quality of their goods and dearth of customer assistance.
