Review on 🎧 Enhanced Recording Adapter: VEC TRX-20 3.5MM Direct Connect Telephone Record Device (ADAPTER ONLY) by Eric Sharp

This device was specially developed to connect a landline telephone to a digital voice recorder. You connect it to your telephone and to the IC recorder's microphone jack. This is my second purchase of this model. The first one lasted many years and I think it still works well. I think I had problems with the digital voice recorder and not the adapter, but I ordered a new one just in case. The problem is that with my old digital voice recorder, the Olympus DS-30, I seem to remember that it was recorded in stereo - or at least with the sound coming from both sides of my headphones. With the new Olympus WS-822 digital voice recorder, recorded conversations only come through the headphones on the right-hand side. If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, please let me know. I'm not entirely satisfied, but the device does its job.
