There are some things I didn't know even when I was shooting the video and it makes me laugh at how wrong I was. However, in their defense, the guide didn't clear up some of them, so here it is: Great product. The lighting is bright and you can adjust the brightness in three scales. You can also choose (the BEST) from 3 modes that let you decide whether the light is always on, on for motion detection only in the dark, or on for motion detection in the dark/bright light. I started using motion detection during the day and quickly realized that I really only needed it in the dark hours. The only little thing I would like to see different in the new iterations of this product is a button that allows me to turn it on or off in addition to the settings. Just in case it turned on when I didn't need it, or I needed it to turn on when it wasn't dark or something, but that wasn't a deal breaker. They offer 2 units which is EXCELLENT and five options either with 3m adhesive they should place them where you want them or with a strong magnet. My mistake in the video was that I wasn't enthusiastic about using the 3M adhesive because I figured it would mean I would have to bring them a USB charger, but to my delight when I attached them I posed realized they have a removable magnet part that I can use to turn the light off, charge it, and turn it back on! I've had them for 3 days now and they flash about 7-10 times a day. When they light up, they stay on longer than I need. Given that and their brightness, I assumed they needed to be charged by now, but they still work and the brightness hasn't dimmed yet. I'm curious to see how long they last before needing to be recharged. They're more effective than I thought, but they're light, beautiful, and durable. Their functionality and options give them an added edge, and so far they're showing good battery life because I don't want to charge them every few days or even every week. I hope that without recharging they will last longer and keep their brightness and durability, but for now I definitely recommend them
