It's pretty clear that other reviews are being thrown up. I bought this to replace my old iRobot Braava and here are the good and the bad.1. This is good for routine cleaning, but not for deep cleaning.2. You can put disinfectant in a small water tank to improve cleaning.3. You can't tell when the robot is done cleaning a room or your home as it just runs aimlessly until you need to add water to the cleaning tank or the battery runs out. (my house is 1275 sq ft) 4. When charging, there is an annoying noise every few minutes that keeps me up at night. I will return this robot. I've only used it twice. I don't know if this is a malfunction as I read the user manual and it doesn't explain why this could be happening. It just says that this sound comes with a blue flash to let you know the water tank needs to be replaced but not why it should happen when it's charging.5. I went to the website and there is no number to call support.6. The robot cannot climb the small threshold from the wooden floor to the tiles in the kitchen. They must have a completely flat surface.7. It's low enough to get into corners and under most of my cabinets and some furniture. You must be home while he works because if he stops, the wet nozzle can damage the floor. It's so quiet you can work while it's running. I really wanted this robot to work for my cleaning needs but the biggest downside is that you don't know if it has completely cleaned your house or even a room. This is not an intelligent robot. Then the malfunction also makes noise when loading and there is no way to get support.
