I bought it in October but waited and gave it to my grandson for Christmas. Judging by the photo, they fell apart. As far as I know, Hey Dudes didn't do anything. I have exceeded the 60 day guarantee window. Thankfully, Walmart stepped up and took care of it. We will look for another brand. Shoes shouldn't fall apart like that, and the company should care about whether or not there's a 60-day window.
