Not much space in this backpack. But if you're just carrying books and study materials and then hitting a car or hostel, then that's perfect. The charging connector is a cable that is inserted into the passage on the side. The water bottle pockets are small but big enough for a phone or bottle. I added a cord loop to the bottle pouch to hold the bottle better. The other pocket doubles as a pocket for my phone when I charge it in class. The inner zippered pocket for the power bank is small but enough if you have a small charger. Otherwise it's a basic pack with an internal pocket for a laptop or as I usually use my textbook and laptop.
