Used to thread the valve stem of a second tire through the rim

I didn't have that for my first tubular tire. This tool came and the 2nd hoop came. Remove the valve stem from the tube. Slide this tool head through the hole in the rim and screw into the tube valve stem. Pull the handle of this tool to position the valve stem. Working with this tool worked better than without. The tool looks well made. I've only used it once so I can't comment on durability.

Also ideal for fitting tires or repairing inner tubes on all inner tube vehicles such as bicycles. , mini bikes, pit bikes, side by side, UTVs, bikes, MTB and BMX.
