I was sold a used unit. All though the almost did a perfect job at making it seem new.

Clips were off center items scratched and dirty as if used before. This is not what I paid for Highly disappointed because I am not getting what I originally paid for. I paid for a new product that is in perfect condition but right off the bat when I opened the box I saw that this was not the case. Product came in different setup as most unboxing videos (the bottom part was on top and vice versa) plate is scratched and wires coming out of an area they shouldn’t be. It’s pretty clear that this item is previously used. Also the fact that the shipping was delayed adds to the suspicion that something happened to this product like it was opened and attempted to be used and now I’m left with a subpar model of what I bought.
