Absolutely worth every penny. After a few treatments on my back, I found myself stuck standing up on a table. However, sometimes I like to sit down. I bought this chair to last and it did not disappoint. Heavy, strong, easy to assemble and durable. I wish I had bought this many years ago. It's very comfortable and supportive. My model doesn't have arms, but I think they can only get in the way. I read that they can be ordered separately but I like the chair as is. I will say that this is a very large chair that can comfortably seat an adult of any size. I'm 5'4" and keep it at its lowest level, but my co-worker uses it occasionally and he's 6'3" and built like a linebacker. He likes it and will order for himself soon. Hope.
