Ordered on Prime Day because it was a few bucks cheaper and I was looking for this to keep my dogs fed during the day. It was shipped quickly and arrived. My husband and I are pretty good at setting up electronics and don't usually have any trouble. The instructions seemed simple enough. What should have taken 15 minutes ended up over an hour to no avail. We tried it with WLAN and the included Ethernet cable. Nothing. I tried the chat function to contact someone and waited 10 minutes for someone to answer. Then I called customer service in China (after a few weeks, my bill showed that that 7-minute call cost me $22). I think the call went to someone's home because they said "hello" and I had to ask if it was customer service. I've been moved a few times and each time I've been told what I need. Finally the last rep told me to use an ethernet cable which we have already tried. So I hung up and gave up. Decided I would just go back and try something else. I left a review about the seller and briefly told him about it. Within 24 hours I received an email from the Coral seller apologizing for the difficulties. She offered to send me a replacement and insisted it was just an accident. I might even keep the ones I already had. I said ok and one was delivered to me within a week. Tried to configure via WiFi, nothing. Then I tried a cable and voila! It worked! Once set up, it is very easy to use and the picture quality is surprisingly clear. I can hear my dogs being silent when needed. There is a slight delay on both sides, but that is to be expected and normal. Since then I do not have problems anymore. Since I was allowed to keep the other one, I gave it to a colleague. I told her about the problem I was having but what she could try and if it didn't work no loss. She tried it and it didn't work over Wi-Fi either, but it worked fine with wired. I don't know why it worked for her but not for me. I know she has a different ISP than me, but I'm not sure if that matters. About a week later, Coral contacted me to make sure everything was ok. I am pleased with how polite and quick she was when the issue was brought to her attention. I am now recommending this camera to my other dog moms who are looking for a camera at a great price.
