Bad craftsmanship: my feedback

What could have been an amazing Xmas gift turned out instead to elicit "Man that is ugly!" (especially the handles); I see they're going for the weathered look. However, this bag looks nothing like their product pictures. So I'm exchanging it to see if I just got a bad one or if the product pictures are like food product pictures--always better than what you're actually served.

Lack of padding may not provide enough protection for fragile items
