not always 20mm

I've had several of these colors but unfortunately many of them are NOT 20mm as incorrectly advertised. Some are 15, some 17, some 18. I got tired of measuring them all so I sent them all back as they are very expensive, $12 for 20mm and they often aren't even 20mm.

Pros

Quantity: about 20 meters Elastic band comes with a plastic roll, long enough for using and convenient to wrap, can be well organized to avoid mess.
