OK. I now have 8 of these and use them regularly on a variety of my own and client computers. You are fantastic. The trays are a little flimsy so you need to be careful with them. Also, this device ONLY works well with motherboards and operating systems that support SATA Hot Swap. If the card or operating system does not support it, you MUST refrain from inserting/removing drives while the system is powered on. I use them on old Windows 98se systems, Windows XP systems, Windows 7 systems and Linux systems. The sled is designed to fit snugly in the 5.25 inch bay of even the cheapest cash register cases I use. Ports are a bit hard to reach, but that's to be expected with a device this compact. Trays are worth it if not abused. frequent hard drive swaps and make swapping hard drives in the drawer REALLY EASY (which I do VERY often). I really need performance, you don't have to use ANYTHING removable! I said I really like this product!?!
