After reading a social media thread about expanding toothpaste, I ordered several different brands recommended by other dental hygienists. I've always used and recommended the slip because it's so easy to get caught between close contacts, but I have to agree with some of the comments from hygienists that the slip leaves a lot of food and bacteria behind. After using several different brands, this one has become one of my two favorites. This type of thread suits almost everyone. This would not be good for young children or people with braces. This is especially helpful for people with open contacts, periodontitis, and even healthy adults.
