This tray organizer is really good for the price. There is plenty of space between each shelf so you can store thicker papers or items. The shelves can support a reasonable amount of weight. it's pretty easy to assemble. The directions are a little different from real shelves, but it's not that hard to figure out. My only concern is that the drawer snaps onto the bottom of the rear grill so it can't slide in and out smoothly. You have to tilt the front forward to lift the back to unlock, but I'm not worried about that. in general it is good.
