Review on Convenient Proctor Silex Single Serve Coffee Maker for K-Cup Pods or Grounds, Includes Travel Mug (49969) by Erica Williams

Don't even bother with this machine. Bought August 9, 2017. Worked fine for two weeks. Then it started making an awful noise and the water stayed in the tank except for a few tablespoons. I suspect the pump is defective. August 23, 2017 - Continued. I ran vinegar through the machine and that cleared up anything wrong - it could have been a stinging nozzle, but I did it before I saw the manufacturer's comment advising me to use a paperclip. I appreciate the manufacturer's responsiveness and the machine has been working flawlessly since I washed it. This coffee maker fits my needs perfectly - easily switches between K cups and loose grinds and is the only 12-14 ounce coffee maker I know of; others I could find were limited to 9 ounces. I have revised it to four stars, without the clogging issue it would have been 5.
