I chose this posture corrector more for the looks. In a professional office, I sit at a desk all day. I sleep all the time which causes back problems. I didn't want a bulky proofreader that could have been heavier. This is for everyday I can wear under a loose shirt or jacket and it's not too noticeable. It's not invisible, but it's not intrusive either. It offers enough support that you'll know if you're trying to bend over. If you need something more corrective or improved, this isn't it. If you need a day device, this will definitely help. I have a 34c and medium - it's a tight fit but I like it that way
