First, the battery didn't hold a charge. They quickly sent replacements. Unfortunately, I soon found that while the replacement was charged, it quickly ran out in about an hour. Then I had problems with the trackpad. I was able to update the driver, which seems to have helped, but it still doesn't respond well to multi-touch. Eventually, I gave in and decided to deal with my anger. Then the wifi problems started. This only happens when I connect to my phone's hotspot, so I thought the problem was with my phone. But as it turns out, this is the only device I've encountered a problem with. I got so frustrated that I put the laptop on the shelf and only used it when absolutely necessary. Lately I have to use this laptop too much to ignore the problem. Therefore, I first decided to update the firmware for the Wi-Fi adapter. Intel does not support the hardware of this device. TL; DR This device has problems that will cost you many hours of troubleshooting and waiting for support. Don't waste money.
