I'm a hyper mobile person and was called a two-piece when I was a kid. Unfortunately for me, hypermobility increases the risk of tendon and ligament injuries. I practice punch and block martial arts at full power. The amount of energy is quite large, which has led to a recent course of medial epicondylitis. This compression sleeve not only offers comfort, but also gives me extra support. It's a comforting feeling as I feel better blood flow up to the elbow. After a while I don't feel like I'm wearing anything on my elbow anymore. Whether I'm active or relaxing I find it soothing compared to other supportive sleeves on the market. It is stable in the hand and, unlike other brands, does not slip. My elbow is 20cm and the large size fits true to size.
