I initially gave this product 2 stars - the protective screen tore during installation. I thought it was a write-off and looked at other products. All of a sudden I get an email from Megoo asking if there is anything they can do to help me. I explained that trying to remove the air bubbles cracked the glass. They explained that this is fully covered under warranty and they will send a replacement out immediately. They also went out of their way to cover the installation process and recommend tutorial videos to help me along the way. The second panel went as expected and I had to revise my rating. You have a customer for life. That's why customer service is important.
