Tridant Platform is Very Helpful for Process Management

The ability of easily managing our entire process from start-to finish, both internally as well as externally with partners/suppliers was very helpful in ensuring we were always at 100% capacity when needed! I would love more options regarding how often tasks are sent out (i think it could be improved). Being able to track all activities through one platform has been extremely useful - especially during large projects where multiple parties have access but don't know what's going on throughout each stage.

Pros

Ease for task distribution among staff.
Ability manage internal & external relationships effectively via email or texting capabilities directly into CRM system,
Timely alerts if there is an issue that requires attention immediately without having check back again later

Cons
