The product is more runny than I would have expected from a "cream". I prefer to use an emollient balm than a face cream or emollient cream. The balm is the richest and most viscous product (it's still lotion-like in consistency, but not runny or watery like a cream). If only used on the face, a small amount can be worth the money. It didn't work for my needs. I use Mustela Stelatopia SOFTENING BALM conscientiously! It works wonders for my baby's eczema and very dry skin!
