Absolutely do not buy this set if you have pets, wear jeans or want to use this set daily. After contacting the manufacturer about mismatched fabric, they did agree to send me a new ottoman. But only after I refused the 45 dollar discount they wanted to give me. I have not yet received the ottoman it's been about 2 weeks now. Now to the problem. If you have anything on that might slightly poke or snag you will for sure snipping threads off daily. I'm giving this set 6 months to live. It's ridiculous, what even IS this fabric?!This sofa. First when I recieved all of the pieces over the period of 2 weeks they did not match! They were from different factories and the fabric was a different color. The arms have a small wooden piece inside that will poke you in the thigh. The fabric has tiny little strings my cat eats. Not for pets. At all. I have had this sofa for less than 6 months. The seat cushions are no longer firm or shaped attractively. I have had multiple contacts with customer service. Most recently they have gone to telling me how low their profit is and that the warranty is expired. It's been less than 6 months. Also, guilt? This sofa is not worth the money or hassle!
