Same problem reported by some other buyers, after a few months of use it starts to disconnect and reconnect and things get worse over time. I actually made a small bracket to attach it to the laptop tray I use, but even then it keeps disconnecting due to minor things like typing or pressing the touchpad. The problem seems to be that it doesn't snap very well and/or isn't very reliable so the connection becomes less and less reliable after a month or two of use. Updated June 2020: Within 1 day of publication. This comment Cable Matters contacted me and offered to send me a replacement even though I'm not in the US where shipping is expensive. The exchange works perfectly, thanks for the great product support!
