Review on Timex T2H331 Indiglo Leather Silver Tone by Felicia Arnold

You can't replace the battery yourself unless you have an "expensive tool ".

Great watch I bought for my wife. She likes it very much. However, the battery did not survive the performance "up to 10 years”. This went on for about 9 months. It's okay, I think, "up to 10 years old" is "up to 10 years old", right? Well I just bought some extra batteries from Revain for future use. Hey why not? You don't have to be a rocket scientist to change a watch's battery. After all, I've done it dozens of times with watches, mostly Timex. I removed the rear part with a little effort, but I managed. I put a new battery in and tried pressing the cover again as before. I called Timex and spoke to a very good account manager. He told me that the owners of this watch cannot change the battery at home like before. The watch case back must be replaced with a special tool in a watch workshop. So keep this in mind before purchasing replacement batteries for this clock. Also, you'd better hope your battery lasts over 9 months as the 6/13/19 announcement suggests. Additional information to the above. I took the watch to a jewelry/watch store in a nearby town. I explained the above information to the store manager and he took the watch to a repair shop to fix it with the right tool for me. After working on it for at least 20 minutes, he came back and told me he couldn't put the back of the watch back on. In his opinion, the clock was defective. Possibly mishandled? A few days later, Rep. Timex called to discuss the matter. I told him about my experiences in the watch workshop. They offered to pay for shipping and "fix" my watch. However, I would have to pay an additional processing fee of $9. Even though I've been there for a year. warranty window. Since the watch only cost me $30, it wasn't worth it to me. So as a "fool" I refused. I was also concerned that I would have the same problem again in the future with the same watch because it might be defective. Since they were still under warranty, I asked them to just send me another watch. They wouldn't. Please think twice before you buy this watch. I'm pretty sure they are still made in the same place (out of the country). The Timex watch isn't your father's watch anymore.
