Best quality tutu

I have three granddaughters and I have ordered many tutus but this tutu is absolutely the best quality and most beautiful tutu I have ever ordered. The fabric is high quality and the skirt has just the right amount of down. The belt is also very well made and fits perfectly.

Pros
