So far I'm happy with the results. (Less than 48 hours have passed). I'll give this a few weeks to cure per the instructions and then update the photos accordingly when I put the grips on. Pros: - Cost (about $100 total to get the job done. New rollers and Krud Cutter. You'll also need 300-grit sandpaper, masking tape, plastic sheets, and a fan) - Appears to stick well and dries FAST. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally bumped into drawers in my cramped kitchen without leaving a stain. - Smoke tolerant. This particular set actually smelled faintly of chocolate. (Use proper ventilation anyway) - Colors in portraits are accurate) Cons: - Water-based paint. This limits you to soap and water, and scrubbing can ruin the finish. For the above reasons, you may not get away with "touching it up". The instructions state that you should basically cover the entire area. I've found this to be true for large closets, but I couldn't tell when tinting smaller areas. Time will tell, but my intuition tells me this won't be a long-term solution. I hope to get 2 years from this project.
