I have used this product on several different vehicles. Bought because I needed something to deflate the ab pump. Great for this and more. Does a lot of things I don't even understand. Definitely a good buy. There were no problems with this. The case is heavy, as is the phone screen protector that came with it. I'm glad I bought it. I haven't had to deal with customer support on this, so there's no view in that area.
