Our experience was positive overall, however we found certain areas to be lacking. As a business owner myself, I could definitely see where they may have missed the mark. Some items we would recommend addressing are as follows: 1) Not offering free phone consultations 2) Lack of proofreading/copywriting skills 3) Lack of training in relation to their social media strategies 4) Poor general design skills 5) Inconsistent follow up after initial call 6) Limited knowledge of accounting and tax laws. Overall, we were impressed with how responsive they were when we had questions, but we felt as if we should have received better answers and guidance throughout the process. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and look forward to seeing how their business develops over the next couple years!
