I was surprised by the amount of white in this pen. It's also a bit heavier than I expected in terms of weight. Both were things I could live with. But my biggest problem with this pen is that when I dropped it from my chair onto the linoleum floor, it broke the nib where the nib went in. I didn't even use the handle until it broke! Linoleum floors are relatively soft. I was very disappointed as this was my first purchase of a diamond painting pen that I had previously made myself. The shape of this pen fits my hand well. Such a shame! So, users, be careful! Don't drop the pen!
