The ease of use with their software to process our invoices via email or hard copy through snail mail! Very easy integration into Quickbooks so that we can easily track payments in real time as well using this feature alone has made us very happy customers!! We have found no issues at all since implementing OTC's services (especially now during COVID19).

I would highly recommend them if you are looking for someone who will help guide your business forward by providing quality customer service/sales support while also helping streamline processes within accounting & payroll departments - they do it seamlessly without sacrificing any features nor slowing down operations once implemented. They provide top notch sales assistance from start up until implementation which makes my job much easier because everything runs smoothly when working together towards one goal :).
