I'm 6-1, 200+/- lbs. Size XL fits just perfect, waist description seems accurate. They were quite long which might be a problem for me. A little short in the crotch, but not bad, they just sit low. As you might expect, knitwear doesn't go well with tights, but it doesn't go well with jogging pants either. Seems to be a very good material for the body and lining. The pockets are not deep, but sufficient. The zippers appear to be of good quality. Comfortable on the bike (mountain bikers). I can only warn you if you have big feet (Quadzilla) they can be quite narrow for you. All in all a very good pant for cold weather riding.
