My 9 year old daughter has two strands of hair on her head and it is very thick. No matter what I tried, I could never get rubber bands to secure her hair in a ponytail. The tape rips or the ponytail holder just slips out of her hair. I was originally looking for a different style of scrunchie, but this came up as a "suggestion". After reading the reviews I ordered them. I have to admit when they arrived they reminded me of pleated tights, especially the stripes on the lighter colour. But they hold their hair like nothing else. Her cock stays in place. All day. My daughter doesn't complain about these rubber bands hurting her head or them pulling her hair, nothing. They also hold the ends of her hair well when I use them to tie my braids. They also seem to hold my not-so-thick hair well. A pack of 100 means we'll be using them for a long time.
