I really like that they have such an extensive range of products available for their clients! It's easy enough with one platform but if you're looking at more than just two options then it can get confusing quickly - not something we've encountered yet though so hopefully this is being looked into already by them :) We use SIXDEGREES in order provide 24/7 support via our ticketing system which allows us access from anywhere around Australia as well as providing phone numbers etc through out business hours when needed (for example during school holidays).
