This is my son's favorite mouthguard. He has had multiple colors over the past 4 years in youth football. His mouthguard usually lasts 1 season, but some of his teammates change 2 mouthguards per season. He says he finds it easier to breathe/talk with this mouthpiece because of the oxygen hole in the middle of the mouthguard. He's been wearing it since he was 8 and still is, almost 11. He only weighs about 75 pounds. I put this mouthguard in my mouth, it fits me too. I like that they don't need to be cooked. We will always buy from Battle
