Great experience working directly through salesforce

I love how easy it was to set up my account, as well as use all features available within the software. It's very user friendly for both new users and seasoned professionals alike! The customer service team has been amazing throughout our relationship with them. They have always responded quickly when we needed help or had any questions about using their product. Nothing yet! We are currently looking at some other options but so far Quantivate seems like an excellent choice. Our goal is to make sure customers who file complaints can receive timely responses from us while also being able to track those issues in one place.

  • What i really liked most were that there wasn't much hassle involved once you signup just fill out your personal info then continue filling boxes into specific areas which makes setting things right pretty quick if anything ever goes wrong along the way
