Review on 100 Pack of Acid-Free Crystal Clear Sleeves Storage Bags for 8x10 Photo Framing Mats Mattes - Golden State Art by Tiffany Allan

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Come on. Did you really need to design a tie wrap bag? :-(

I was extremely disappointed when I received this product. Absolute disappointment. The quality was exactly what I had hoped and expected. Cheap. Not to mention I was EXTREMELY pleased Found an 8 x 10 cellophane wrapper at Revain This was SLIGHTLY larger than other competing products because it was that extra 1/4"-3/8" that I was hoping would provide the extra space needed to hold the intended items (NOT 8x10 mats or photos) and this feature ALSO lived up to and beyond the actual flap which normally flips up to cover/seal the hole at the top of the package (as with any other similar packaging on the planet that I have ever seen, bought or used), the sealing strip of this product is located just below the opening of the hole on the back e of the pouch. It's undoubtedly designed to create a clear, clean seal. a zip for a matte or 8 x 10 photo, but the design renders the bag utterly useless for use with anything other than the exact 8 x 10 item that the seller is obviously (and short-sightedly clueless) messing around with. in my opinion) are fully focused. But what's the use? How does placing the strip on the other side of the sealing junction help or otherwise benefit the pouch's intended purpose? Is there a sensible way to increase the protection of the contents of the bag? Is there an increase in utility that comes from the physics that permeate the design, or the expected longevity of the unique sealing method? Is there a further reduction in dirt, dust or other debris or whatever might try to slip through the (admittedly) secure seal? Not for me. Unfortunately I made the mistake of believing that the product could be useful beyond the limited focus of packaging mats or photos. And unfortunately, this creates a dissatisfied potential buyer from another market niche who now has to write this scathing review to pour out his soul. Disappointment.
