Wedge Back Pillow Helped Relieve Neck & Shoulder Tension

My physical therapist recommended that I use a back pillow to improve my posture when I'm sitting at my computer and working. The back wedge is very comfortable to sit on and along with using a lower back support pad and elevating my legs on a stand under the desk (because I'm only 5ft tall) the ergonomics of my desk have improved to the point that my The neck and shoulders remain more relaxed and no longer tense as before. I also set a timer to remind me to get up and stretch and take a 2 minute walk every 20 minutes (about 5 minutes total rest).
