Forget about trying to install internal axle seals without this tool. Let's face it, you just pulled out hub bearings, axle shafts and retainers, spent the money on that tool and installed new seals like a pro. I bought it for 44 dan in my jeep and it saved my heart so much. hurts after removing the bowel. After all the work involved in just getting to them, I don't want to accidentally damage any of them or not get it right. You won't know until it all comes together and fills with liquid, and wouldn't it be fun to do it all over again? Finally, if you do internal gaskets yourself, buy this tool and spend more time searching and less time doing part repairs.
