Poor packaging, suitable for home accessories

Product arrives on time and definitely makes a good sympathy/mourning gift, but there are plans to repackage it for delivery to the recipient. The outside of the box says "Angle" not "Angel" and it was dented. Inside, the styrofoam wrap falls flat (pieces come loose) when opened to see the product before the gift. Difficult to reinstate. In principle, you have to repackage completely. There are no complaints about the product itself.
