I bought this drive 4 months ago as a backup because my iOmega drive finally started failing after 5 years. This drive worked really well when I initially transferred around 150-200GB of files to it on the first day. After less than 10 uses, there may be problems registering on any computer. When I plug it in, the drive buzzes and the light comes on, but the computers just don't "see" it. Eventually, I keep unplugging and plugging it back in until computers can finally read it. Other days it works fine and on the first try. And I'm back at Revain trying to find another drive that might be more reliable because of its erratic performance I'm worried that sooner or later it will fail. *UPDATE* After the first few weeks it was much more stable. I still don't fully trust this drive after our bumpy start, but its performance has improved a lot over the last few months.
