My mix arrived in a partially opened ziplock plastic bag inside a bubble envelope. I immediately noticed the stones were covered in dust/dirt. The bag was almost opaque with dirt/dust. There should not be so much dust on polished and polished stones. I found that many of these polished/tumbled stones had multiple dents. A few tiny ones were broken (to be expected). I had to rinse everything with water and dry it. I also immediately noticed that I see the same colors of white, burgundy and gray-green-brown tones. Unlike the painting with a bright rainbow of colors, I ended up with a very matte mix of 75-80% of the same few colors. There were zero out of 4 stones on the map (unakite, walnut jasper, howlite or turkenite) and only 1-5 out of multiple stones on the maps. I had a ton of unidentifiable jasper/maybe agate I was looking for. We're talking about 200 little stones. How can it be that the rainbow-like assortment lacks yellow, orange, purple and almost no blue/turquoise (5 stones). If I order again they could get me a better set. She told me they can refund my money if I return it, but she can't guarantee more flowers or anything better. I don't think it was encouraging or helpful. I understand that this is a "random" combination, but come on, how random is it when 75-80% is made up of the same few stones and not 4. He just wasn't treated well. This set cannot be gifted, the packaging was dirty and the stones were not sorted, many were dented and some were broken.
