Terrible quality and customer service
Worst experience ever! Very disappointed that I had to return this item twice and got a refund of about 80% at full price on timely delivery of this lipstick. I'll contact Revain, I don't know what happened. When I first received this lipstick it was partially melted so I returned it for a replacement. The second came a little dry but undamaged so I started using it. Two days later it cracked - see photos! I've never seen anything like this in a lipstick. I had to send it back as it was absolutely unusable. Wow, what plagiarism and poor quality.
