They may seem expensive but they are of higher quality than usual. In 2008 I bought 2 hour meters (brand unknown) and installed them on my two new Polaris 500 Scramblers. (One of them has 6 hours!) I can't explain it, but they're still alive! So one day I look for some hour meters and find a cheap one around $7. I'm buying about 8 of these because I think it's a great deal. That was about 4.5 years ago. None of them are still there. I was! They were made with inferior batteries or were very old. Anyway, they were sent from China. Hardline was designed and built in the great United States of America! So buy with confidence!
