Please note negative results. My experience was awful sitting in 94 degree heat and pointing the product at my body with no relief. The only ice you can put in it should be crushed to a lesser degree. than a quarter size. very uncomfortable. Okay, maybe I have a lemon. but what I am trying to convey to you is that most of the time you will be disappointed with every aspect of this "fan". In fact, my regular fan works much better. I figured a breath of fresh air straight on me would help in this heat. I have requested a refund and will receive it when they receive the item back at the price. Customer service has always treated me fairly and their agents are very patient when someone is feeling annoyed. =^.^=
