Like other reviewers I thought I had a broken product, it took three and a half days to actually charge the camera. Little did I know it has its own battery that needs to be charged first before it will charge the security camera's battery. I loved using my time lapse camera because I had an amazing view. and tired of charging the camera every day or two. So it really helps, but when I try to timelapse 5+ hours each day it overtakes the ability to charge, but for the most part I max out 4 hours a day, but on days when the clouds are really chilly and I want to time lapse all day, the solar panel isn't keeping up, but in a day or two it will catch up and you'll be back to full charge. Overall I'm very satisfied, rarely have to manually charge as I've been using the camera A LOT all day. For my other camera, which I actually only use as a surveillance camera, I'll probably buy another one, it won't have a problem with it, it lasts for weeks. manual charging, so this product easily keeps 100%. So it's worth the money.
