Love this solar panel so far but you have to follow the instructions! It has a built-in 2600mAh battery (I think the manufacturer should state this so people understand why you have to leave it in the sun first to charge it), so it says you can charge it 8-10 in should leave the sun. Like other reviewers I thought I had a broken product, it took three and a half days to actually charge the camera. Little did I know it has its own battery that needs to be charged first before it will charge the security camera's battery. I loved using my time lapse camera because I had an amazing view. and tired of charging the camera every day or two. So it really helps, but when I try to timelapse 5+ hours each day it overtakes the ability to charge, but for the most part I max out 4 hours

I almost fully charged my Wyze outdoor camera and left this panel in the sun (unplugged) for a few days before installing it in a location where it gets good sun at least 9 hours a day. . My camera said 97% battery and as soon as I connected the solar panel the camera said it was charging. This charger seems to work very well for my Wyze camera. I had to deduct a star because you can't tell when it's first fully charged, so I didn't know when it would be ready to use.
