Update 5/18/2021: I have 4 and after working well for a few weeks 3 out of 4 stopped charging my cameras everyday while another company's panel next to it has a camera 100%. Alt: I made the mistake of not leaving it in the sun for more than 8 hours of sunlight before connecting it to the camera. It was never charged and I sent it back. Then I spoke to support learning the trick. My second lay in the sun for two days before it connected to the camera. My camera started at 100% and didn't drop below 99% overnight before returning to 100% each day. This only works if the internal battery is properly prepared.
