I almost fully charged my Wyze outdoor camera and left this panel in the sun (unplugged) for a few days before installing it in a location where it gets good sun at least 9 hours a day. . My camera said 97% battery and as soon as I connected the solar panel the camera said it was charging. Since I connected the panel to the camera in the morning, the camera reached 100% after about an hour and then told me that it was fully charged. That night the camera dropped to about 98% and charged back up to 100% the next day. Everything is fine, right? That was about 8 days ago. The camera has since started to run out of power and is at 89% today as I have backed up all running video to the base station and received high level motion alerts. Even after turning off the solar panel, turning the camera on and off, etc., I can't get the panel to charge the camera again. Now I charge the camera to 100% via USB and leave the panel in the sun for another day without being connected. I will try again. And come back with more reviews. I put 2 panels in first Edit: As soon as my review for this product came out, Wassertine contacted me for possible remedies. At least they pay attention. I will continue my review again in the near future.
