Review on 💦 CeraVe Moisturizing Cream with Pump - 19 oz - Ideal for Normal to Dry Skin by Janet Scollins

The cream is really good and does its job well but although the pump works properly the cream does not pump out. I like the thickness of the cream but it seems too thick for the pump to do its job. I don't like opening a can and scooping out what I want. Presumably remove the pump and use a spoon? Maybe I just got a bug? I WANT TO CHANGE MY FEEDBACK about the pump. I was able to get it to work by holding the pump shaft with pliers and rotating the top of the pump while holding the shaft to keep it from rotating. It's working properly now but it shouldn't have been necessary so I think maybe I thought correctly that what I received must be defective or stuck and by holding it like that I was able to force the top part to work properly and it continues to work correctly.
